Mark Makara , CPA

After serving 4 years in the US Army, Mark began his career in accounting in 1990 working for a mid-western regional public accounting firm.

 

Then he transitioned into a position at the international public accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Mark gained invaluable experience working with multi-million dollar corporations and successful executives.

Working extensively as a Controller/CFO with clients ranging from construction to high-tech, Mark Makara has established himself as an asset to the companies and individuals that engage his services. Mark and his team work with over 600 individual and corporate tax clients with a goal of providing personalized customer service. He works closely throughout the year with many of those small business owners improving cash flow, reducing taxes and ultimately preparing the small business owner for his/her exit strategy.
